Breakthrough Manual

Goal: move one of your pieces to the far side of the board.

• White starts at the bottom and moves upward.
• Black starts at the top and moves downward.
• A legal move is moving one piece one square straight forward to an empty square, or diagonally forward to an empty square or enemy piece.
• Reaching the opposite edge wins immediately.
